I’m Juanita T. Jones, Principal & Owner of Key Realty & Property Management Company.

When I initially joined my first brokerage firm in 2006, I primarily worked as a buyer's agent. However, I have since transformed my business into a comprehensive real estate company that caters to buyers, sellers, and investors in both the private and corporate sectors. As a Realtor since 2006, I have continuously adapted to the evolving real estate market in Alabama. In this seller's market, I present options that suit your needs and budget as a buyer, and as a seller, I ensure that we price your home attractively to secure the perfect offer.

I take great pride in being the voice of real estate to potential clients here in my hometown of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Over the past 16 years, I've been very active in my local & state Association. Having previously served as the President of the West Alabama Multiple Listing Service and now currently serve as a director for the board of Alabama Association of Realtors.

On Wednesday, December 14, 2022, I had the honor of being sworn in as the 2023 president of the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors, making me the first African American president in the organization’s 74-year history of existence.
